By participating in the 100 Years of McVitie’s Digestive Coated Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) offered by pladis, You are agreeing to these Promotion terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”). The Promotion is being run by pladis for Food Industries (pladis Egypt), a joint stock company incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law no. 8 of 1997 and Capital Markets Law no. 95 of 1992, registered before 10th of Ramadan Commercial Registry Office under no. 688, having its head office at 10th of Ramadan, Plots no. 130, 30, 39, 6A zone, Industrial Zone, Sharqya Governance (hereinafter referred to as “pladis”).
- Eligibility to Enter:
- The Promotion is open to all participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants” or “You”.) who follow the Promotion Process as defined below, and subject to this T&Cs.
- Pladis’ employees, vendors, partners, and their family members are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the commencement of the Promotion.
- Participation is open only to individuals holding Egyptian nationality.
- Participation is allowed by scanning one QR code per SKU, with each QR code valid for a single use only.
- By entering the Promotion, You confirm that there are no legal restrictions that prohibit Your participation or Your ability to receive any prizes awarded as described below. You further acknowledge and confirm that You will not engage in any deceptive behavior or fraud, in accordance with applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt, to win the Promotion. Any violation of the T&Cs provisions will render You ineligible for the Promotion.
- Dates and Timing:
- This Promotion shall commence on 8th of October 2025 and shall end on 31st of December 2025.
- The winners will be announced within 30 business days from the end date of the Promotion.
- Promotion Process:
- Participants scan the QR code printed on the purchased pack of the 100 years of digestive coated McVitie’s branded packs;
- The QR code directs to this webpage 100yearsofmcvities.com where You will be prompted to to enter the raffle;
- To enter the raffle You will be required to accept these T&Cs and the Privacy Notice, and to submit the following:
- A clear picture of the front and back of the purchased, opened pack of 100 years of digestive coated McVitie’s clearly showing the printed barcode.
- Selection of the product size You purchased.
- Your First name; Last name.
- Your Email; and
- Your mobile number

Purchase is required of any of the qualifying McVitie's Coated Digestive products:
- McVitie’s Digestive Family Pack 200g Milk;
- McVitie’s Digestive Family Pack 200g Dark;
- McVitie’s Digestive Minis Dark 38g;
- McVitie’s Digestive Portion Pack Milk 28g; and
- McVitie’s Digestive Portion Pack Dark 28g.
- At the end of the Promotion, a raffle will be conducted by 15 January 2026 for each size of the 100 years digestive coated McVitie’s products. The number of winners for each category will be as follows:

- 6 winners of 1 pound gold (8 grams, 21 karat.)
- 10 winners of ½ pound gold (4 grams, 21 karat.)
- 18 winners of ¼ pound gold (2 grams, 21 karat.)
- Minis (33 winners total):
- 7 winners of 1 pound gold (8 grams, 21 karat.)
- 12 winners of ½ pound gold (4 grams, 21 karat.)
- 14 winners of ¼ pound gold (2 grams, 21 karat.)
- Family Packs (33 winners total):
- 8 winners of 1 pound gold (8 grams, 21 karat.)

- The Prize and the Announcement:
- The Prize is granted for only 100 winning Participants.
- The Prize consists of gold coins of varying categories (1 EGP, ½ EGP, or ¼ EGP). The Prizes will be awarded through a raffle in accordance with Clause 3.5 above, and each winner will receive the corresponding Prize (the “Prize”).
- The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
- Pladis reserves the right to change the Prize or to cancel the Promotion at any time.
- Pladis resereves the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to submit a clear picture of the pack or omits any of the requested information.
- By entering this Promotion, You consent to represent pladis if You win and to participate in marketing campaigns, including taking pictures, capturing stories and/or reels, or any other marketing activities that pladis may require. You also consent to pladis using these materials across all its social media platforms, billboards, television, and any other media platforms and/or any marketing method.
- Pladis reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to submissions manipulation, use of automated systems, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.
- Pladis will make two attempts to contact the winner, the first attempt will be done via a phone call; if the winner does not respond or declines the call, pladis will follow up with an SMS. If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours from receiving the SMS, they will be waiving their right to the Prize, in this event pladis reserves the right to select an alternative winner with the same mechanism or to cancel the designated Prize.
- The winner shall provide pladis with all necessary documents and shall sign any documents requested by pladis pertaining to the Promotion and the Prize (including but not limited to: National ID copy, any consent forms, release of liability, declaration of the validity of the submitted documents, etc).
- Data Protection and Publicity

By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize. Participants also consent to the privacy notice privacy@pladisglobal.com
- Limitation of Liability

Pladis will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by Participants or winners during the Promotion or as a result of the Prize.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold pladis harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their participation in the Promotion or the acceptance of the Prize.

Any breach by You of these T&Cs shall immediately release pladis from all obligations and liabilities in connection with the Promotion.
- Applicable Law
- These T&Cs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
